Responsibilities:
- Lead the full design function and be the catalyst for design within the product team.
- Identify cohesive and comprehensive design solutions to user problems.
- Rapidly iterate design solutions by leveraging quantitative and qualitative data.
- Deliver implementation-ready solutions to their engineering team.
- Carry out design reviews to ensure proper engineering execution.
- Propose visual and functional improvements to design systems.
What you should have:

Applicant must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in design) or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience as a product designer for a software product.
- Fluent in Figma.
