- Invoice generation: Creating and sending accurate invoices to clients based on service rendered, including itemized details and proper pricing.
- Payment processing: Recording incoming payments, applying them to corresponding customer accounts, and managing outstanding balances.
- Account management: Maintaining detailed customer accounts, including billing history, payment information, and any outstanding issues.
- Billing data entry: Inputting billing information into the company's billing system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Billing reconciliation: Identifying and resolving discrepancies between billing records and customer payments.
- Customer communication: Answering customer inquiries regarding invoices, payment due dates, and account status.
