C2's client, a provider of high-quality, award-winning commercial cooking and serving equipment to the food-service industry, is searching for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to provide support to their team. The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing paid search campaigns for our clients across multiple search engines and social platforms. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and testing ad copy, tracking and optimizing campaigns, and providing weekly and monthly performance reports.
Start date: Mid-December
Duration: Part-time contract (approximately 24 hours worked per week), with a possibility for contract-to-hire
Location: Remote, local candidates preferred
Compensation: $20-22/hr.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful paid search campaigns across multiple search engines
- Test and optimize ad copy and keywords to ensure maximum return on investment Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed
- Track and analyze campaign performance data
- Create monthly performance reports
- Keep up-to-date with the latest search engine trends and changes
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance
Qualifications:
- Own a laptop or desktop computer, and strong enough internet signal to effectively, actively contribute in meetings
- Proven experience in paid search campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Yahoo Ads
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques
- Strong understanding of online marketing best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
