Job Purpose
The Mail Clerk processes, sorts, and distributes mail and emails. This role also involves completing administrative tasks and maintaining filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mail and Email Processing:
- Receive, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and emails.
- Route incoming emails to relevant departments (e.g., Accounts Payable, HR, Tax).
- Scan and submit invoices to Accounts Payable using DocuWare.
2. Administrative Tasks:
- Post incoming checks using a remote deposit scanner and software.
- Notify billing and collections coordinators of daily deposits.
- File items in file trays daily.
- Perform general mailroom duties including printing labels, tracking office supplies, and maintaining printers.
- Assist the AP Manager with scanning reports and uploading files.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a mailroom or administrative role is a plus
- Basic computer proficiency
