Logistics Financial Analyst (Fluent in Korean)
Job Description
This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following:
- Perform financial forecasting, annual and/or monthly business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast, and reconciliation of internal accounts
- Perform month-end closing process
- Inventory management to ensure valuation accuracy is reflected in financial statement
- Analysis of Inventory movements and return, grading, and disposal process
- Perform GL account reconciliations and manage open/suspense/aged items
- Support external and internal audit/risk management requirements as needed
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and any reports assigned as needed
Top 3 Skill Sets
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are a must
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Analytical skills
- Organized and Detail Oriented
Preferred Skills
- General knowledge of Logistics and/or Supply Chain
- Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP
- Bilingual: Korean speaker (strong preference)
Education and Years of Experience:
- College: Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in a Business Finance or Logistics environment
Location: Santa Ana, CA | Fully Onsite
Duration: 6+ month W2 contract
Pay Rate: $29.00 per hour
