VIVID Engineering Group, Inc. (VIVID) is a small but rapidly growing Colorado company providing geotechnical, environmental, and construction support services focused on transportation, water, energy, utility, government, and commercial market sectors, for which our principals have over 120 years of collective experience. We are currently comprised of four principal owners and 70 additional staff who have significant experience in providing our core services.
VIVID has three office/lab locations: 1053 Elkton Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80907; 3885 Forest Street, Denver, Colorado 80207; and 621 E. Enterprise Drive, Pueblo West, CO 81007. At all three office locations our engineering and construction support services are supported by AMRL and CCRL certified and full-service geotechnical and construction materials testing laboratories for soil, aggregate, concrete, and asphalt testing.

Hiring Needs:
VIVID is seeking an Office Administrator. This position will be based in our Colorado Springs office and mainly support both the Colorado Springs and Pueblo office locations. In this position, you will support or perform a wide variety of tasks. This position will report to the Company administration manager who provides Human Resources and Business Accounting Management.
Position duties may include but are not limited to:
AJERA accounting system experience is a plus.
· Support of human resources, workers comp., and accounting/invoicing efforts;
· Support for technical project managers (assistant project management);
· Liaison between employees and subcontracted IT support to address employee IT needs;
· Support truck fleet tracking, maintenance, registrations, insurance;
· General office support (supplies, office and equipment maintenance, equipment tracking, etc.);
· Support of new employee on-boarding;
· Tracking field reporting deliverables;
· Maintain electronic filing systems;
· Mail distribution;
· Support technical proposals and report efforts;
· Organize company events.
Position Requirements:
· Dependable, self-motivated, solid work ethic, solution and detail-oriented, good team player, and great communication skills;
· Able and willing to wear numerous hats and assist with a multitude of personnel, office, and company needs;
· Computer savvy;
· Experience with Office 365 (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook);
- · Experience with preparing professional proposals with various photos, graphics, tables (utilizing MS Word and InDesign) not required but would be a plus.
