Customer Service Specialist
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years of customer service/support-related work experience in a call center environment
- Experience handling calls that involve finding information and giving responses that may not always make the customer happy
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and the ability to learn new software
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering incoming telephone calls, texts, and emails to answer questions, address any concerns, or refer to another staff member
- Responding to calls, voicemails, emails, and texts related to support requests or issues and logging help desk tickets as needed
- Will handle an average of approximately 25 calls and 20 emails a day. About 60% of the time is spent on the phone.
This is a six-month contract to hire position in the Johns Creek area. Initially, you can telecommute two days a week, and once you are up to speed, you can telecommute three days a week. Hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (37.5-hour workweek). An incredible company culture where you are challenged and have an outstanding work/life balance.
