About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the development of custom paddle and ball programs and special use products.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate sample routing, and oversee production processes.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, operations, and external manufacturing partners.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with style guides and production commitments.
- Financial Management: Monitor inventory and usage to optimize project timelines.
- Support price development and budget management.
- Manage weekly inventory reporting.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Effectively communicate project status and address client concerns.
- Support the sales team in achieving client growth and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in product development or manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
