Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering, specifically within the cosmetic ingredients or related manufacturing sectors. This role is crucial in optimizing our production processes, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for cosmetic ingredients.
- Conduct process simulations and data analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into manufacturing.
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:
