Our client, a financial services firm , is looking for a Temp to Perm Facilities Coordinator to join their NYC offices! They are seeking someone who is proactive, resourceful, and no job too big too small attitude!
This assignment will start asap and have the potential to go perm down the line if the right fit.
Hours: 7am-4:30pm
*Fully Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee each day, ensuring freshness and maintaining cleanliness of coffee equipment and serving areas
- Restock kitchen and pantry supplies throughout the day
- Load and unload dishwashers in all pantries
- Ensure areas are is clean and orderly
- Assist with set up and breakdown for lunches and events
- Restock copy room supplies as needed
- Order and receive deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of pantry inventory levels
- Coordinate the delivery of pantry supplies and office supplies from various vendors
- Maintain proper storage and handling of all food items to minimize waste and ensure quality
- Coordinating with vendors
- Report all equipment maintenance needs
- Maintain a log of maintenance tasks completed
- Act as a back up to the Facilities Manager as needed
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as necessary
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Food handlers certificate a plus
- Must be dependable, reliable and people-oriented
- Problem-solving and professional work ethic
- Able to handle a physically active role with some heavy lifting (50 Ibs)
