Our client, a growing law firm in the Dallas area, is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to manage the front desk and provide administrative support across the firm. This role is integral to the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless office functions and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing meeting schedules and conference room bookings.
- Administrative Support: Assist attorneys and legal assistants with tasks such as document preparation, filing, data entry, and overflow administrative duties.
- Office Management: Handle office supply orders, oversee office equipment, and coordinate refreshments for meetings and events.
- Client Service: Provide top-tier customer service to clients, vendors, and staff, maintaining a professional and positive image for the firm.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a legal setting as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and empathetic approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
