What Will You Do? As the Business Planning Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to key functions within the department that will help drive positive changes. You will use data & analytical storytelling with various cross-functional teams including Customer Engagement, Demand planning, Sales, and Marketing to help outline improvement for business processes and reporting deliverables. You will be responsible for:
Research, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple customer, dealer and internal data sources
Perform analysis with demand planning and sales to evaluate impact to inventory
Help manage customer data queue and establish improvement ideas for sustainability
Work with the Business Research teams to enhance Power BI dashboards where needed
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Opportunity to learn more about key business functions through wide range of activities supported by Business Research and Planning team.
What Do You Need?To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:
Educational program in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI preferred
Capacity to work independently as well as within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Excellent organizational, task management skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable, and change priorities and direction as needed, allowing for optimum effectiveness
