Position Overview
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on recruiting top-tier engineering, technical, and leadership talent. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech landscape, especially within AI and machine learning, and the ability to drive recruitment strategies for a fast-growing startup. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for pre-IPO companies and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, especially in AI, machine learning, and engineering fields.
- Source, engage, and manage relationships with candidates through the entire recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and create detailed role requirements.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Provide strategic input to hiring teams on best practices for attracting and retaining top talent.
- Leverage various recruiting tools, platforms, and job boards to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Play a key role in building and maintaining our employer brand to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on engineering, AI, and machine learning roles.
- Proven experience recruiting for pre-IPO startups or rapidly scaling tech companies.
- Strong knowledge of the tech industry and a network of professionals within AI, machine learning, and engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple roles, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment processes end-to-end.
- Passion for working with high-growth startups and a strong understanding of the equity component in compensation.
