Duties include:
Support two attorneys with all phases of discovery, trial preparation, communication with clients, research, and writing. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as subpoenas, complaints, and summons. Maintain an organized calendar for court hearings and deadlines. Draft, revise, and finalize letters, briefs, memos, and motions. Collaborate with supervising attorney and provide general administrative support. Other administrative duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have experience working for a law firm, be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of Federal and State filing and service procedures, as well as court guidelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. 3-5 years of experience preferred.
