Title : Superintendent (School Construction)
Location: Springfield, MA
Salary: $100,000 to $130,000
Requirements:
- Seeking a Superintendent to come on board and lead all onsite work for ground-up school construction.
- The company performs large scale healthcare, University, and corporate projects.
- Must have experience managing commercial construction projects, and have the ability to manage, coordinate, and supervise all subcontractor work.
- The Superintendent will be a leader in the organization, and play a pivotal role in the success of the projects and the company as a whole
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years experience in running ground-up commercial construction projects
- OSHA 10 Certified
- OSHA 30 (preferred not required)
- Must be able to travel to Central CT
- Bachelor's Degree related to construction is preferred but not required
