As a Banker for Banner Bank you will process client transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. Refer Bank products and services and refer clients to other Bank specialists when appropriate.
Education & Certifications
H.S. Diploma or equivalentAn equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Experience
3 or more months of job-related experience including cash handling, client service and sales requiredPrevious Teller experience preferredNOTE: higher levels of experience may be considered for a higher-level role in the same job
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented. Basic understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator. Basic math, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Possess effective verbal and written communication skills; proper phone and email etiquette required. Possess good interpersonal and relationship building skills. Excellent customer service skills required. Ability to work branch hours
