We are looking for an experienced technology Program Manager with expertise in strategic technology plan development, corporate stakeholder engagement and technology program management to lead the successful rollout of the technology plan.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have seven (7) years of proven technology program management experience in successfully leading complex technology projects, managing technology vendors and corporate stakeholders, and creating and implementing solutions in an agile development environment.
- Candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Fortune 500, transportation or airport environment.
- Candidate must be able to work on-site in South San Francisco 80% of the time.
Job functions:
- Complete and finalize open areas of the strategic plan as written. Confirm final Scope with the Client
- Review the strategic plan with IT leadership. Document and resolve any gaps in understanding, direction or technology.
- Prioritize plan projects within the overall strategic program.
- Determine the order and strategic importance of plan projects.
- Develop program schedule, budget and resource requirement.
- Facilitate RFP development
- Determine which technical and professional RFPs are required to complete the plan as indicated by the program schedule. Facilitate the development and completion of those RFPs.
- Successfully lead project implementations within the overall Strategic Program.
