- Salary - $200,000 - $350,000

Key Responsibilities as an Associate Attorney
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, and manage cases in a variety of practice areas including litigation, corporate law, real estate, and employment law.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide well-reasoned legal advice to clients.
- Participate in court appearances, depositions, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on complex legal matters.
- Maintain client relationships by delivering high-quality and timely legal services.
Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
- 2-6 years of experience in litigation or corporate law preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
