We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Staffing Trade Recruiter to work with our client who is minority and veteran owned. Founded on the principle of working to help others, our client has experienced high growth and is committed to hiring individuals who embody their core values and are passionate about their work. Ideal candidates for this role will possess previous experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, preferably in the construction skilled trades or blue-collar sectors. Candidates coming from other high-volume recruiting environments will also be considered.
Trade Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
· Recruit and place qualified skilled trade construction candidates nationally.
· Handle a high volume of sourcing activity to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
· Use applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media to source candidates.
· Conduct phone and virtual candidate interviews and manage new hire and onboarding processes.
· Provide a high level of customer service to jobseekers, field employees and clients.
· Proactively contact candidates to keep them engaged, informed, and retained.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma, GED
· Previous experience in a Staffing/Recruiting role or within the construction or blue-collar industry
