Key Responsibilities
- :Lead diverse engineering projects, working independently with minimal supervision
- .Mentor and review the work of junior engineers
- .Design, implement, and enhance electrical systems, components, and products for commercial, industrial, or domestic use
- .Develop technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements
- .Oversee installation, testing, maintenance, and documentation to meet safety, quality, and environmental standards
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to drive engineering solutions
- .Conduct detailed calculations and prepare specifications for procurement and project planning
- .Estimate costs and manage budgets to keep projects on time and within budget
- .Investigate and resolve customer complaints and system issues
- .Supervise and train project teams to ensure alignment with project goals
.Qualifications
- :Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- .8+ years of experience in electrical engineering; advanced degree holders may have less experience
- .Active professional engineering license required
- .Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders
- .Proficiency in engineering software, including CAD and scientific analysis tools
- .Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
