Job Details:
Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Oxford, OH 45056
Duration: Direct hire (Full time)
Shift: 2nd Shift (4:30 PM - 3:00 AM)
What will you do?
- Perform maintenance, repair, and adjustment of plant machinery and equipment.
- Install, test, and repair electrical circuits for equipment manufacturing.
- Diagnose and correct machinery and equipment defects.
- Make repair parts and maintain batteries.
- Work from drawings, sketches, prints, and schematic diagrams.
- Create detailed sketches for repair parts manufacture.
- Use cutting and welding equipment.
- Install conduit, wire, motors, switchgear, switches, contactors, and control devices.
- Repair welders, chargers, motors, rectifiers, and controls for manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain quality standards and good housekeeping.
- Adhere to plant regulations and safety rules.
- Utilize necessary tools, manuals, and equipment efficiently.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Maintenance certification and/or degree (Required).
- 2 years of maintenance experience (Preferred).
- 1 year of experience with Program Logic Control (PLC) (Preferred).
This job may be for you if you have:
- 3+ years of previous warehouse/manufacturing maintenance experience.
- A combination of education/certification in:
- Programming Logic Control (PLC)
- Troubleshooting
- Electrical Circuits (Introduction to Industrial/Motor Controls)
- Technical/Shop Math
- Basic Electricity
- Basic Welding & Cutting
- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Principles
