About the Role
We have an immediate need for a Florida-licensed Commercial Litigation Associate to join a national law firm. While this is a remote role, the successful candidate will need to reside within a commutable distance to Naples, Florida. This position will involve all phases of complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate must have experience with the following: conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions, participating in mediations. Excellent communication skills and experience with direct client contact. Judicial clerkship experience within a federal court is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications
Three to five years of commercial litigation experience, with a strong preference for those currently practicing in Florida and living within a drivable distance to Collier County. Excellent academic record and Florida bar licensure. While this is a remote position, the ideal candidate will reside in the Naples, Florida area.

Experience with conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, and arguing motions. Excellent communication skills and experience with direct client contact.
