CTO is engaged to buildout out Texas for the leading Vault 10 to Vault 25 law firms. Our client firm entered the Austin, Dallas and Houston market with a PE team led by the lead band lawyer who was the Co-Head of PE at for a Vault 25 firms. The team has hit the ground running and with lead M&A partners from the Vault 30 space.
This Team supports the firm’s New York-based lawyers are who are recognized leaders, both locally and internationally, in such key areas as M&A, finance, capital markets, bankruptcy and business restructuring, real estate, business and securities litigation and white-collar criminal defense—and we have been honored as one of the premier firms in New York and around the world for private equity, hedge funds, investment management, tax, intellectual property and health care.
We have some other potential additions in the pipeline, but we will be planning to interviewing in person qualified partner candidates in October with top of the market candidates with a view towards bringing in partners in January and February.
We are only considering candidates in PE, funds, ECVC, life sciences and tech (litigation and corporate), capital markets, public M&A and litigation (e.g., complex, IP, investigations), but generally open to quality submissions.
We are open to groups as that has been successful for our law firm's lateral strategy (but also open to individual partners) and the candidates should have material portable business in addition to the opportunities we will provide to expand business with our client base and practice growth.
