Responsibilities
Conduct outpatient therapy virtually (or in-person in our Center City office). Must see a minimum of 10 clients per week but is allowed to work elsewhere or at their own private practice (in most circumstances). Must keep proper clinical notes and submit claims to insurance (claims are auto-populated and submitted electronically via EMR platform with one click). Therapist will receive a 70% cut of insurance claims paid, which is $130/ 53 minute session. Employee would be a 1099 position w/o benefits. Work the hours you want and work other places as well. We bring you the clients!
Qualifications
Candidate must be licensed as a therapist or psychologist in PA and have a minimum of three years experience treating eating disorders (preferably in a HLOC program). Candidate must come highly recommended from professionals in the eating disorder treatment community. Candidate must be a self-starter and be comfortable with the process of billing insurance (though we can teach you how to do it!). Experience with Simple Practice is a plus!
