Are you ready to shape the future of one of the US's most ambitious FinTech brands as a BI Analytics Director?
As a Business Analytics Director, you will be at the heart of the FinTech's data team utilizing best-in-class analytics techniques to drive growth, innovation and customer retention.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Analytics Director, you will be:
- Performing deep dives on large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover actionable insights. Unleashing the business' vast datasets to improve business performance.
- Shaping the future of their product portfolio by driving data-based decision-making, engagement in analytics and a deep understanding of their customers. You'll be driving strategic initiatives
- Fine-tune strategies for customer acquisition, pricing, collections and more. Driving success through optimization
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You'll be brushing shoulders with Chicago's best with a common goal of achieving business objectives.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Analytics Director will have the following:
Essential skills (You must have all of the below):
- An analytical mind with a passion for data
- Strong SQL
- Experience in business intelligence, customer analytics, marketing analytics or risk analytics
- Team Leadership
Preferred skills (You should have at least a couple of these)
- Experience in:
- Collections
- Customer Acquisition
- Customer retention
- Customer care analytics
- Campaign performance
- A background working with FinTechs, Financial Services or Management Consultancies
