Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Spotter:
- Collaborate with field technicians to safely lift, move, and install materials.
- Communicate using hand signals, radios, and other methods.
- Monitor the work area for hazards and alert the team as needed.
- Plan and coordinate safe lifts, and help maintain equipment.
- Keep accurate records of equipment and communication.
- Perform warehouse duties and general construction tasks.
Required Skills for the Spotter:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications may be required.
- Familiarity with construction equipment, especially lifts.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of safety protocols.
- Physical fitness for extended standing and outdoor work.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.
