Manager of Capital Safety Responsibilities:
- Oversee safety in capital projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate closely with engineering and project management teams to assess risks and implement effective safety measures
- Establish and manage safety programs that promote a culture of safety within the organization
Manager of Capital Safety Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of capital safety experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing
- Experience in construction and project management
- Proven leadership in managing projects and processes; examples required
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office and Teams
