Robert Half is currently searching for a highly-skilled FP&A Manager with at least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis management. The ideal candidate will have experience with private equity, and have proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau, and Advanced Excel. This is a fully in-office role offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and respected organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis activities of the organization.
- Work with private equity investors, providing accurate data and insightful analysis.
- Utilize Power BI or Tableau and Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes, while assisting in the strategic planning process.
- Analyze complex financial data and extract insights for key decision-making.
- Monitoring of financial KPIs and manage dashboard reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of FP&A Management experience.
- Experience in working with private equity.
- Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau, as well as Advanced Excel.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
