Pitch & Proposal Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a pitch & proposal specialist with 3 or more years of experience for a full time contract role for our Law firm client. This is 100% remote. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead pitch, proposal and RFP response drafting and coordination.
- Regularly analyze and review practice marketing collateral to ensure effective and consistent messaging on the practice/industry/geography and firmwide levels.
- Regularly review current experience related to assigned practices areas, ensuring its inclusion in core materials.
- Manage comprehensive review of opportunity data for assigned pitches, proposals and RFPs, including outreach to partners for opportunity outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in proposal writing.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft a compelling corporate story within a sales context.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Extraordinary attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Employment Type: 3 month contract
Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
