- You have a proven track record as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family Wood Frame, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects.
- You possess a deep understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- You're a natural leader with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- You're committed to delivering projects on time and within budget, every time.
- You have at least 4 years of Superintendent lead experience and have led a team.
