Position: Integration SME
Location: Remote
Compensation: $60 per hour
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in various integration platforms and technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise applications and integrations, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Development and Integration:
- Design, analyze, develop, and deploy enterprise applications and integrations.
- Develop detailed technical specifications and quick reference documents.
Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance:
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Perform unit testing and quality assurance (QA) testing on developed applications.
Project Management:
- Update and manage tickets in ServiceNow.
- Provide level of effort estimates for change requests.
- Lead projects developed by vendors, providing an integration process overview to developers and offering ongoing assistance.
Peer Review and Compliance:
- Conduct reviews of integration objects developed by peers to ensure compliance with departmental standards and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Team Collaboration:
- Lead and facilitate meetings with project team members to ensure alignment and progress.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with:
- Application ABAP in ECC, SRM, and BW.
- SAP PI/PO.
- Informatica Cloud (IICS).
- MS Azure services (LogicApps, APIs, etc.).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in project management and team leadership.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket management.
