Pay Range: $72 - $76/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & remediate SCCM client on endpoints
- Troubleshoot & remediate endpoint drive space issues
- Troubleshoot & remediate endpoints that are failing to upgrade to Windows 11
- Troubleshoot & remediate application and patch deployments to updated Windows 11 endpoints
- Create, document and close tickets in Client
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills;SCCM Operations
- Windows enterprise migration experience
- ServiceNow
- SCCM Operations knowledge, including client logs, collections, etc…
- Helpdesk knowledge
- Windows 10 & 11 workstation troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate effectively with other teams
- Prior Windows 7 to Windows 10 enterprise migration
- Experience with Client, creating and closing tickets
- SCCM Application and Patch deployment remediation.
- Run reports from SCCM's reporting server
- Experience with Client Center for Configuration Manager
