We have partnered with a Westchester, NY based General Contractor with deep roots in the NY/NJ region who are looking to hire a strong Senior PM with expertise in retail, commercial interiors, and healthcare projects.
The company has been in business for several decades and has a strong pipeline with multiple concurrent projects and work planned for 2025 and beyond.
They are seeking someone with:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction (ground up or interiors)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience using Procore or similar software
- Formal education in Engineering or Construction Management
