This is a full-time on-site role for a Microlab Technician at in Lake Wales, FL The Microlab Technician will be responsible for conducting various tests and analyses in the lab, maintaining accurate records of experiments, preparing samples, and ensuring quality control measures are met. The role will involve working closely with a team of professionals to support the production of food products.
Qualifications
- Laboratory Testing, Analysis, and Sample Preparation skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of quality control procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with food safety regulations and compliance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Relevant certifications in laboratory techniques are a plus
- Supervisory experience a plus
