Position Summary:
As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will play a vital role in growing and managing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients within the Fairfield County region. The ideal candidate is a seasoned financial professional with a strong track record in business development, wealth advisory, and client relationship management. You’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth planning strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and cultivating new relationships with high-potential prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, providing personalized wealth management and financial planning solutions.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying and engaging with potential clients and nurturing referral networks within the Fairfield County region.
- Assess clients' financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance to craft customized financial strategies, covering areas such as investments, retirement, tax, and estate planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to provide holistic advice and manage complex client needs effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, regulations, and product changes to ensure clients’ portfolios remain well-positioned.
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance, confidentiality, and fiduciary responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (CFA, CFP, CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in wealth management or private banking, with proven success in managing HNW and UHNW clients.
- Exceptional business development and networking skills with a deep understanding of the Fairfield County market.
- Strong knowledge of investment, tax, and estate planning strategies tailored for HNW and UHNW individuals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
