Search Heights is retained on a NATIONAL search for a CFO for a Fortune 150 company. We’re looking to move someone to the exciting city of Las Vegas for this opportunity!
Our client is growing! This role has is a great opportunity for a strong accountant and finance leader to grow in their career running the financials for a $$$ division in Las Vegas. You’ll establish internal controls for various operational processes and SOX requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen who can drive operational excellence & team expansion and support the division's growth objectives while maintaining ethical standards and regulatory compliance required of a public company.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management:
- Provide timely and accurate financials
- Develop and maintain five-year business plans
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures
- Oversee division's operations
- Manage financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy
- Operational Oversight:
- Interact with all departments to optimize efficiency
- Train personnel on the ERP system
- Implement effective policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Evaluate potential deals against corporate, regional, and division requirements
- Monitor all divisional budgets
- Leadership:
- Develop teams, assist in hiring and growing the department
- Conduct business professionally and ethically
- Promote company goodwill and profitability
- Ensure personnel understand and follow company philosophy
- Analyze and implement new policies for technological advancements and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent
- CPA is highly preferred
- Public company experience
- 7-10 years of related experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Adaptability to changing business environments
Job Details:
- Compensation:
- Base: $150-175k
- Bonus: $80,000-$150,000
- On-site job in Las Vegas
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Las Vegas.
- Relocation assistance will be provided by the company.
