Qualifications
- Legal expertise in Trusts & Estates Law
- Proficiency in drafting motions and conducting legal research
- Experience in preparing for and conducting depositions
- Ability to represent clients effectively in various courts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of California
