Responsibilities:
- Design Vision & Execution: Shape and execute the design vision for the MSM platform, working closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Leverage insights from user research to ensure design decisions reflect deep customer empathy, enhancing team understanding and alignment with user needs.
- Design System Development: Collaborate with design and product teams to define, implement, and refine our design system, creating consistency across customer interactions and touchpoints.
- Elevate Design Standards: Champion and embody design best practices within the team, mentoring designers and continuously advancing design quality and impact.
- Product & Market Influence: Drive the product vision, shaping how companies use machine learning for growth in the ad tech industry.

- Strong experience in software product design with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, storytelling, data visualization, and interaction design skills.

- Are adept at distilling complex problems into intuitive, elegant solutions while iterating quickly to bring initial concepts to life.
- Are passionate about evidence-based design, proficient in both generative and evaluative research methodologies.
- Bring experience in design system development and a strong grasp of modern usability standards.
- Have prior B2B and Enterprise SaaS design experience, with a preference for a background in ad tech or fast-paced startup environments.
- Enjoy mentoring and uplifting design teams, fostering skill development, and setting a high standard for design excellence.
Compensation: $42-$52/hour
