Position Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation law and a proven ability to manage high caseloads effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of workers' compensation regulations, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for advocating for clients’ rights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in workers' compensation claims, from initial filing through to resolution.
- Manage a high volume of cases, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings and trials as necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Illinois.
