Job Description:
The Energy Efficiency Consultant will provide project and program management services for electric and natural gas energy efficiency projects. This role supports the development, promotion, and implementation of energy efficiency programs to meet established goals, helping clients enhance their energy management practices.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support contractors in conducting energy assessments/audits and weatherization work.
- Review and manage projects to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to energy efficiency programs.
- Collaborate with the team via MS Teams, email, and in-person meetings.
Requirements:
- 5+ years working within industrial/ manufacturing industry
- Program management skills
- Experience being in person with customers to understand their manufacturing process (helping discover energy efficiency opportunities)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong computer and project management skills.
- Understanding of financial principles related to energy efficiency.
- Ability to interpret energy efficiency/renewable technologies and their applications.
