Position Overview: As an R&D Chemist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and validating analytical methods for testing raw materials and finished products. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Manufacturing to drive the product development process from concept to commercialization. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical expertise and contribute to the future of our innovative product line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate analytical methods using HPLC and GC, ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Utilize FT-IR and wet chemistry techniques as needed.
- Generate and interpret data to assist develop new concepts and improve existing products.
- Present findings to R&D and Product Management.
- Recommend quality control improvements as needed.
- Support the Quality Assurance department in troubleshooting non-routine production variances.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry (or related field) with 2+ years of experience.
- Proven expertise in analytical methodologies, particularly HPLC.
- A collaborative spirit with a passion for driving product innovation and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data effectively.
