Job Title: Business Analyst (with P&C Insurance domain experience)
Work Location: Farmington Hills, MI (Hybrid – Onsite)

Job Description:
- Primary Skills: Insurance Domain Business Analyst
- Secondary Skills: UAT Testing Support
- Product Experience Must have experience on PAS configuration products like Sapiens or equivalent PAS Products
- Domain Skill: P&C Core Insurance
Technical Skills Primary:
- Experience of 10 years as a Business Analyst in Insurance P&C Insurance on ISO LOBs
- Collaborate with client Business Leads and various team members to define the business vision and scope for the project and requirements
- Work closely with Business users for UAT support and provide help in creation UAT BAT test cases and scenarios
- Perform triaging of UAT defects and work with customer BA users to either rectify requirement or clarify to users on expected behavior
- Experience in leading a small team planning testing activities handling meetings with client defect triaging
- Reviewing and finalizing the requirements with the client for approval signoff
- Driving key requirements elicitation design and review sessions
- Experience in various software development methodologies like Agile Scrum Waterfall
- Ability to write concise user stories and precise acceptance criteria with business approval
- Elicits detailed product requirements and use cases and develop and maintain the business requirements
- Periodical review and update of the requirement documents
- Coordinating with Business for UAT signoff
- Testing Applications to deliver functionality as desired by the Business
- Inquisitive in nature and ability to think critically
- A liaison between the business side of an enterprise and the information technology department or external service providers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask
Soft Skills:
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of solving complex technical problems
- Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving techniques are needed
- Should work independently with multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels
