We are looking for Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Our client has a strategic need for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead their revenue-generation strategy and the overall sales and marketing operations, reporting directly to the President and joining the executive committee as part of the leadership team.
In this role, you will:
- Drive profitable revenue growth across marketing, sales, pricing, and customer support.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with specific market segments.
- Optimize sales and marketing channels to ensure maximum ROI.
- Cultivate cross-functional communication to share best practices and enhance integration.
- Lead and mentor sales and marketing teams, building a high-performance culture.
- Model and reinforce their core values: Trust, Honesty, Customer Focus, Team Spirit, Cost Consciousness, and Entrepreneurialism.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; M.B.A. or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
- 10-15 years of proven experience in strategic planning, managing sales & marketing teams, and driving revenue growth.

Compensation:
The Chief Revenue Officer can earn in the $300-$500K range, plus benefits, company car, 401K and profit sharing.
