About the job
We are looking for an experienced, performance-driven marketer who understands what it takes to attract the B2B audience in key international markets.
The purpose of the role will be to develop an integrated marketing strategy that generates leads for our edtech product offerings. Beyond shaping the B2B marketing strategy, this key role operates in a startup culture where you will be empowered to execute projects that drive growth and position our brand as a leader in the market.
Reporting to the Director of Global Brand, Creative, & Digital Experiences, this is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the marketing vision and directly contribute to the success of the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, excelling in demand generation, content marketing, production positioning, and nurturing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing planning
• Lead the development of go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption for our B2B portfolio.
•Serve as the bridge between product, marketing, and sales teams to drive market positioning with strong storytelling abilities, robust technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of the B2B customer journey.
• Lead end-to-end product launches, building integrated marketing strategies and plans that deliver quality leads via multiple online and offline channels.
• Work in partnership with the learner experience, analytics, and global sales teams to map B2B customer journeys from awareness to qualified lead.
• Contribute to executive presentations and explain data specific to tactical marketing plans.
• Support the content development and planning of B2B events and executive thought leadership opportunities.
• Identify relevant industry partners and institutions as part of the B2B marketing lead generation initiatives.
• Lead regular progress updates to ensure initiatives are delivered on budget and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and manage external vendors to achieve goals.
Performance management and reporting
• Ensure marketing initiatives are tracked and reported on a weekly basis.
• Measure and analyze data to increase channel engagement and generate more inbound requests.
• Lead the post-campaign performance analysis meetings and make data-driven recommendations for future testing and optimization.
What we are looking for in you
• A strong product marketing track record with 7-10 years of experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B company or fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience building journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and familiarity with AEM, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and strong presentation skills.
• Proven experience in delivering B2B marketing campaigns to an international audience is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in SaaS, higher education, or a highly regulated vertical preferred.
Travel:
• Occasional travel to other Boundless Learning offices required.
