Keystone Experts & Engineers is seeking a temporary full time Project Coordinator. The selected candidate will begin working in our beautiful Castle Rock, Colorado office for the first two weeks and potentially be eligible for a hybrid schedule following training. This is a 4-6 week temporary position with the potential to extend.
In this role you will be a key member of our dynamic team by managing a high volume of active projects and coordinating with multiple team-members, clients and vendor partners to support assignments, many generated by the recent hurricanes. Preferred candidates will have experience in the property insurance industry as a claims specialist or adjuster, but this is not required.

What you will do:
- Create assignments in the company database.
- Make initial contact with clients to confirm each project’s scope of work and the time frame required for an expert investigation.
- Format formal documents and other correspondence to ensure font, style, pagination and numbering are consistent with Keystone’s quality control requirements.
- Provide client updates / requests via phone and email on the projects being managed.
- Coordinate with a nationwide team of experts on multiple open assignments to ensure quality and turnaround time compliance meets our established expectations for client deadlines, status updates, and billing information.
- Prepare billing invoice templates, package (prepare) finalized invoices and reports, and transmit to the clients.
- Balance individual accountability with a collaborative results-driven team of professional project coordinators, administrative staff, technical staff and company leaders.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 1-3 years of combined experience in administrative and customer support roles, ideally with exposure to property insurance claims.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with strong customer focus for client communications.
- Critical thinking skills applicable to escalation resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines by organizing, prioritizing and completing multiple tasks.
- Tech-savvy across multiple software platforms, ideally including working knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Must be willing to work as part of a team with a sense of urgency.
Compensation:
Salary Range equates to $50,000-$60,000 per year, paid bi-weekly, during the temporary employment period.
