Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Our impressive client is a leader in the their industry. They are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join their growing team part-time in North Austin, Texas
What you need:
- 1 or more years experience in an Desktop Support role
- Experience with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, or other similar hardware
- Experience with onboarding and preparing equipment for new hires
- Experience managing and resolving tickets (ServiceNow or similar)
- A bonus would be a relevant certification such as CompTia A+ or similar
