HR Administrator Responsibilities
- Update and maintain HR databases (i.e., new hires, separations, parking, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on Company page and LinkedIn as directed.
- Administer organization’s physical key management system.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
- Schedule and organize departmental meetings.
- Create and/or proofread correspondence produced by department.
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures and disseminate as directed.
- Coordinate HR projects and training seminars.
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on Company page and LinkedIn as directed.
- Prepare internal communications in partnership with marketing team.
- Assist in new hire orientations by sharing onboarding packages and participate in new hire orientation as directed.
- Process and update employee sales and organization’s dealer licenses.
- Complete unemployment notices.
- May assist with the preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports, etc.
- Prepare purchase orders for the human resource office.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
- 1 -2 years of professional and administrative experience preferred.
Qualifications
- High level of professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong initiative.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Direct experience with HR software (desired, not required)
- Experience with ADP a plus
