Thrive is growing rapidly and seeking a Payroll & Client Support Specialist to join our team.
Position Summary
This role ensures that all payroll-related activities for their assigned base of clients are conducted timely, accurately, and in compliance with State and Federal laws and individual client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with assigned client base to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
- Advises new clients on best practices
- Imports and audits time files
- Research and resolve client needs
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to ensure a best-in-market service experience
- Distribute client specific payroll reports
- Assist team members with overflow work
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- PEO, Payroll industry and/or HRIS experience preferred
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute business processes and procedures
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically
- Strong service orientation
- Must be able to operate at a fast pace and cope with change
