About the Role – Systems Administrator (Managed Services)
Are you a problem-solver who loves technology, thrives in a team environment, and has a knack for great client service? Our Systems Administrator role focuses on providing top-tier support for our clients, both remotely and onsite. You’ll be the go-to for technical support, proactive maintenance, and equipment setup—becoming a crucial part of your clients’ success stories!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Resolving Level 1 & 2 technical support tickets (remotely and onsite)
- Deploying and setting up equipment (think workstations, cameras, access points)
- Working closely with your Managed Services team to exceed client expectations
- Taking charge of proactive network maintenance and maintaining client checklists
- Offering technical insights alongside the vCIO
- Supporting the Project Team and performing R&D tasks
- Answering calls as needed to provide outstanding client support
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter who can juggle multiple projects, follow directions precisely, and communicate with clarity and professionalism. Ideally, you have 3-5 years of professional IT experience, solid skills in Remote Desktop support, and an ability to support a wide range of technologies—from Microsoft Windows to network security cameras.
Additional Skills That’ll Make You Shine:
Experience in supporting multiple customer networks? Windows scripting? Relevant certifications like Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or VMWare? These are a plus and will make you stand out!
