Job Title: Commercial Property Manager
Location: Long Beach, CA (with occasional travel to Santa Fe, CA)
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 DOE
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager with a strong background in managing commercial office spaces to join our team. This role is based in Long Beach, CA, with a requirement to be on-site at our Santa Fe location 1-2 times per week. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and client-focused professional who excels in tenant relations, property operations, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple commercial office properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing needs promptly and fostering a positive property environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and property maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and compliance standards.
- Create, implement, and monitor property budgets, including expense control, rent collections, and CAM reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and year-end budgeting activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing commercial office properties.
- Strong knowledge of CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to commute to Long Beach and Santa Fe, CA (1-2 times weekly).
